Is the fabric machine washable?

Cold wash, no tumble dryer, reshape while damp. The waxed canvas version should be spot-cleaned only.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Stitching, zips and buckles. Normal wear on the base panel is not covered, but we repair it at cost.
