We use your data to reply to enquiries, deliver the services you request, keep the site secure, and send product updates where you have asked for them. We never sell personal data.
Where GDPR applies we rely on contract performance for services you buy, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, and consent for marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, billing records for the period required by tax law, and analytics data in aggregated form. Backups are cycled out within 35 days.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
